Smoking cessation


The WGKK offers various smoking cessation options.

The smoke-free telephone:
The smoke-free telephone offers advice and support for people who want to smoke less or stop smoking. Questions on smoking in general and on the various ways of quitting tobacco are answered. health psychologists are available under: 0800 810 013 (toll-free) from Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for information and advice.

Our smoking advice centres offer individual support or group therapies on appointment in three health centres. The primary aim is to abstain from nicotine, followed by a reduction in tobacco consumption.

In-patient therapy:
Heavy smokers are offered in-patient therapy to quit smoking, including appropriate follow-up support.
